Her healing journey:
There are many faces of pain – losses (of many kinds), physical and emotional blows, depression, rejection, suicide, grief, anger, bitterness, and the list goes on. These had made up my life. But now I feel peace and wholeness.
I had the unique experience of physically feeling a trapped emotion lodge in my chest, and then two days later the immediate release as I passed the magnet over my head. I sat there in amazement, as I physically felt the entrapment and release of two emotions. What was interesting was that I thought it was “doubt”, but when I identified the emotions, they were “overwhelm” and “peeved”. This also taught me that what we think we are experiencing is not always the case. I had also tried to release these emotions immediately, but my body was not ready to release for a day and a half. So we do need to let the body process as much as it can, and then help it by releasing what is left over. Very interesting!
That helps me understand that the body sometimes has to let things go in a sequence. More like the onion approach. You have to release one before the other. But we can ask the body and it will let us know the next step.
I feel like I have found what I have been looking for my whole life! When I found the Emotion Code I felt a huge sigh of relief from deep within. If feels like this is what I have been called to do and it seems really natural for me. I have experienced much hurt and emotional pain through life experiences, and I have been able to finally find healing and peace. It is an amazing feeling, and I’m so excited to be able to help others experience healing, too!
I am licensed by Pastoral Medical Association (PMA) for pastoral counseling and all services that I offer here are not to be confused with medical advice. I am offering pastoral counseling based services that might address physical, mental or spiritual (or all three) aspects of health. I am not desiring to or intending to practice medicine in any way.
I believe that we can achieve whole health by taking good care of the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our lives. Each one affects the other, and by bringing wholeness to one aspect might affect any of the other aspects of our whole being. If the body makes changes following a recommendation in the spiritual or mental area, it is due to the connectivity of these three aspects. Though it might be referred to as “healing”, it is a physical response to a change in the spiritual or mental aspect. Our goal is for wholeness of our complete body – mind, body and spirit.
If you need medical attention, please seek your physician for help. I am in no way desiring to keep one from seeking medical treatment. Pastoral counseling is only offered as an option for those seeking counseling to include the emotional and spiritual aspect in their journey to wholeness.
